Is the Sportskn Recovery Gel like deep heat?

Our skin recovery gel is made up of 21 natural ingredients that will help reduce redness, prevent breakdowns, and rehydrate your skin after exercise. Our recovery gel also gives off a cooling effect on the skin after application, not a heating effect like a deep heat would.

How do I use the Sportskn Recovery Gel?

Apply a small amount of the gel onto the palm of your hand, and apply evenly to high sweat areas such as shoulders, chest, back, and legs. Our gel is water based and will dry quickly and shouldn’t feel sticky on your skin. Once you feel the cooling effect, you know it’s working!

When do I use the Sportskn Recovery Gel?

For best results our recovery gel is designed to be used post exercise, after you’ve showered and dried off. For best results, pair it with our Sportskn High Performance Shower Gel.

I have sensitive skin, can I still use these products?

Our Recovery gels, and shower gel are both 100% natural, as well as being silicone free, and chemical free. Our products are suitable for people with sensitive skin, however we do suggest testing our products on a small area of skin first and making sure it is suitable for you!

Does it help with muscle recovery?

Our Sportskn Recovery Gel has natural ingredients that are shown to have anti-inflammatory properties, as well as properties to help cool the skin. It is important to note that if you feel like you have a muscle injury, that you consult a doctor or physio therapist and get professional advice.
